SHIPPING

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If the item takes an age to reach us, you will be be emailed with the option to cancel your order.

Shipping and Handling is charged at £5.00 per order in the U.K. Goods will almost certainly travel by Royal Mail First Class. Or Widget might drop them off if you live just around the corner.

Airmail charges to Europe are £6.00, and £9.00 to the Rest of the World. However, if you order a product that is small and light, we may apply a postage refund if we are feeling generous.

Similarly, we reserve the right to send heavy items abroad by Surface Mail and/or to request an extra charge to despatch large orders overseas. This is what is commonly known as the small print.

In the event that the goods do not arrive in perfect condition please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent.

RETURNS

At Gizmo and Widget we are determined to go to every length to ensure that you are a happy customer. We therefore offer a No Quibble Guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it.

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it, or if you have a change of heart you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a prompt replacement or refund.We cannot refund delivery costs unless the item is faulty.

We do advise that for your own protection you use a secure delivery method requiring a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) depending on the value. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Postage will only be refunded on FAULTY items.
